Data collected

Demo request form: name, business name, type of activity, phone, town. Email address if you choose to receive a quote or brochure.

Booking an appointment: name, contact details, chosen time slot.

Horeca waiting list and newsletter: email address (and possibly type of business).

Quote simulator: the parameters entered and, if you request it to be sent, your email address.

Technical data: privacy-friendly audience measurement, with no advertising cookie or third-party tracker.

Purposes and legal bases

Responding to your request and contacting you back: pre-contractual step taken at your request.

Sending you a quote, brochure or newsletter: your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Complying with our accounting and legal obligations: legal obligation.

Recipients

Your data is processed by the publisher only. It is neither sold nor rented out.

Hosting of the site and database: OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France (European Union).

Sending email or WhatsApp notifications when you make a request: a technical provider chosen by the publisher to deliver the message, with no data retained beyond that delivery.

Retention period

Demo and quote requests: 3 years from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship exists.

Contractual and accounting data: 7 years (Belgian legal obligation).

Newsletter / waiting list: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
